Ben and Silvana's story.

Ben and Silvana just recently bought a small home from me that had been listed for only three hours.  I had just finished showing them property and returned to my office to pull up new listings when I found the home that they would eventually purchase.  I called them on their cell phone and we went right back to see the new property.  They looked at the home and we wrote an offer immediately and took it to the listing agent.  The seller took their offer and we opened escrow the following day.  The listing agent told me that she had telephone calls from three different Realtors the following day, that said they wanted to present offers on the property.  When she told them it had sold the previous night, she said they couldn't believe it.  I'm sure their clients couldn't believe it either!  I'm proud that I did my job.  I got my clients into that home, and gave them the opportunity to own it before anyone else.
