Lee owned a home and had it listed with another Real Estate agent but was frustrated because the home had not sold and that the agent had not staged the home in any way.  He called my broker and demanded to be released from his listing contract.  My broker responded by asking Lee to meet with me.  When I met Lee later that evening, I could tell that he was meeting with me simply to satisfy my broker and then to cancel his listing.  After Lee gave me the opportunity to tell him about my unique tools that I used to stage, market and sell my listings, Lee stood up at the end of our meeting and said "Ray, you've got two weeks to prove to me, you'll do what you say".

I started the next morning getting his home staged, with all of my tools and setting up my marketing campaign details.  Lee was actually home when I went to stage the home and helped with the staging.  Things moved very quickly and I followed up with Lee on all aspects of the listing progress reports that I was giving him.  Two weeks went by quickly and I phoned Lee to see if he was going to continue with the listing.  When I spoke with him, his response was "You are the first person that actually works towards the sale of my home.  Lets get it sold".  I actually sold Lee's home at one of my open house that I do for all of my listings.  Please fell free to call Lee for a personal reference.
